In case of damage, please send the phone along with its box, cable, and adapter, as well as a note containing the customer’s information and a detailed description of the issue. Ensure the package is securely and safely packed, and send it via post or Tipax to the warranty company.

 

All phones come with an 18 month repair warranty and a 1 month replacement warranty from the date of purchase.

To check the warranty status of your device, you can visit the Hamta website and the National Warranty System. By entering your device information, you will be able to view its warranty status.
